Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once we've received your application, our team will review it. We anonymize parts of the application when possible, and typically respond to applicants within 2 weeks of the job close date.
- Stage 2
Review
We ask candidates to complete an initial screening task. Typically, this will take 20 minutes to a few hours, depending on the role.
- Stage 3
Interview
The manager for the position will usually conduct a single interview, which usually takes around 60 minutes.
- Stage 4
Skills Assessment
We ask candidates to complete a 5-10 hour paid skills assessment, which is graded anonymously.
- Stage 5
2-Week Work trial
We will invite 1-3 finalists to a 2-week work trial, where they will get to experience what working at Epoch is like.
