- Stage 1
Initial Screening
Initial Screening stage consists of evaluation of the initial questions and resume, if applicable.
- Stage 2
Skills Assessment
This stage consists of a few hours long, written, paid skills test. Typically, candidates have 1-2 weeks to complete their skills assessment.
- Stage 3
Interview
Interview stage typically involves a 30-60-90 minute-long interview with 1-2 Hiring Managers.
- Stage 4
References and Offer
At this stage, we ask candidates to provide 2-3 references; this is followed by making an offer to the finalist/s.
