Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

This is the initial hiring stage where candidates apply for a specific position. Typically, application evaluation starts after the application deadline. 
Stage 2

Initial Screening

Initial Screening stage consists of evaluation of the initial questions and resume, if applicable. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the Hiring Committee to review all applications.
Stage 3

Skills Assessment

This stage consists of a few hours long, written, paid skills test. Typically, candidates have 1-2 weeks to complete their skills assessment, and the evaluation process also takes about 1-2 weeks. 
Stage 4

Interview

Interview stage involves a 30-60-90 minute-long interview with 1-2 Hiring Managers. Evaluation takes about 1-2 weeks to complete.
Stage 5

References and Offer

At this stage, we ask candidates to provide 2-3 references; this is followed by making an offer to the finalist/s. 
Stage 6

Hired

This stage indicates the end of the hiring round and the beginning of the onboarding process of a new staff.
