Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

To be considered for a specific role, candidates are asked to answer several initial screening questions (which may take from one to two hours) and submit their resume. Once the job opening has been closed, our Hiring Team begins to review all applications.
Stage 2

Initial Screening

The initial screening stage typically consists of the initial questions and resume review. Initial screening is performed by the Hiring Team and takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
Stage 3

Skills Assessment

Skills assessments usually consist of several paid tasks that are designed to reflect the actual scope of work that someone in this particular role would be asked to perform. Skills tests may take anywhere from 4 to 10 hours to complete, and candidates typically have approximately 2 weeks to submit their responses. Skills assessment evaluation takes about 1-2 weeks.
Stage 4

Interview

The interview stage typically involves a 30-90 minute meeting with one of the Hiring Committee Team members. In order to help candidates prepare for the interview, we send the interview protocol (a list of questions and/or explanations of what to expect) ahead of time. Interviews are usually conducted within a 1-2 week timeframe and the interview evaluation takes another 1-2 weeks.
Stage 5

Reference check

At this final hiring stage, candidates are asked to share at least two professional references, including at least one reference at the manager level (where justifiable, we will accept other references, particularly for fresh graduates). References are contacted only after a candidate has been made a soft offer, contingent upon a successful reference check. Hearing back from references can take about 1 week.
