Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once we've received your application, our team will review it. We anonymize parts of the application when possible, and typically respond to applicants within 2 weeks of the job close date.
- Stage 2
Review
As part of the application, we ask candidates to complete an initial screening task. Typically, this will take 20 minutes to a few hours, depending on the role. This forms part of the initial screening process, together with the other application materials submitted.
- Stage 3
Skills Assessment
We ask candidates to complete a 5-10 hour conditionally paid skills assessment, which is graded anonymously.
- Stage 4
Potential Work Trial
- Stage 5
Interview
The manager for the position will usually conduct a single interview, which usually takes around 60 minutes.
